SNSver2
SNSver2는 (주)비아라가 운영하는 내부 도구로, 회사가 가진 유튜브 채널에 영상을 올리는 데에만 씁니다.
접근하고 저장하는 정보
구글 로그인으로 채널을 연결하면 먼저 구글 계정 주소(openid, email)를 확인하고, 영상 올리기(youtube.upload)와 연결한 채널 읽기(youtube.readonly) 권한을 요청합니다. 저장하는 것은 아래와 같습니다.
· 연결한 채널의 ID·이름·핸들·프로필 사진 주소와, 그 채널을 연결한 구글 계정 주소(어느 계정에서 연결했는지 보이고, 같은 계정으로 다시 연결할 때 씀)
· SNSver2가 그 채널에 올릴 수 있게 하는 OAuth 갱신 토큰
· SNSver2가 올린 영상의 ID·주소·올린 시각과, 그 영상의 하루 누적 조회수(28일 보관), 유튜브에서 막혔는지 여부
· SNSver2에 로그인하는 운영자의 구글 계정 메일·이름·프로필 사진(구글 로그인이 주는 값으로 로그인 확인에만 씀)
YouTube API Services로 시청자 정보, 다른 채널의 자료, 댓글, 유튜브 분석(Analytics) 자료는 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
쓰는 곳
정한 시각에 연결한 채널로 영상을 올리고, SNSver2 안에서 연결 상태, 올린 영상의 조회수, 유튜브에서 막히거나 지워졌는지를 보이는 데에만 씁니다. 팔거나 누구와도 나누지 않습니다. 정보는 Supabase가 운영하는 우리 데이터베이스에 두고, 갱신 토큰은 우리 서버 처리만 읽을 수 있습니다.
쿠키와 제3자 내용
운영자의 로그인 상태를 유지하고 채널 연결 단계를 지키는 데 필요한 쿠키만 씁니다. 광고·제3자 추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않고 광고를 내보내지 않습니다.
SNSver2 안에 보이는 유튜브 썸네일과 채널 사진은 유튜브(구글) 서버에서 바로 불러옵니다.
보관 기간과 지우기
채널 정보는 영상을 올릴 때와 적어도 30일마다 새로 읽고, 30일 안에 새로 읽지 못한 정보는 지웁니다.
SNSver2에서 채널 연결을 끊으면 저장한 채널 정보와 그 채널에 올린 영상의 ID·주소·조회수를 그 자리에서 지웁니다. 토큰은 구글에 취소를 요청한 뒤 지웁니다(늦어도 7일 안). 영상을 올렸다는 사실과 시각, 막히거나 지워졌다는 표시만 남깁니다.
구글 계정 보안 설정(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 SNSver2 접근을 없애면, 알게 된 때 토큰을 지우고 30일 안에 채널 정보와 영상 ID·주소·조회수를 지웁니다.

SNSver2
SNSver2 is an internal tool operated by (주)비아라 (BEARA). It is used only by our company to publish videos to YouTube channels we own.
What we access and store
When a channel is connected with Google sign-in, SNSver2 first confirms the email address of the Google account (openid, email), then asks for permission to upload videos (youtube.upload) and to read the connected channel (youtube.readonly). We store:
· the connected channel's ID, title, handle and profile picture URL, and the email address of the Google account that connected it (used to show which account a channel came from and to reconnect with the same account);
· the OAuth refresh token that lets SNSver2 upload to that channel;
· the IDs, links and upload times of videos SNSver2 uploaded, each video's daily cumulative view count (kept for 28 days), and whether YouTube blocks it;
· the Google account email, name and profile picture of the operator who signs in to SNSver2 (provided by Google sign-in and used only to confirm the sign-in).
Through YouTube API Services we do not access or store viewers' information, other channels' data, comments, or YouTube Analytics data.
How we use it
We use this information only to upload videos to the connected channel at the times we schedule and to show the connection status, the view counts of our uploads, and whether YouTube has blocked or removed them inside SNSver2. We do not sell or share it with anyone. It is stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and only our server process can read the refresh token.
Cookies and third-party content
SNSver2 uses only the cookies needed to keep the operator signed in and to secure the channel-connection step. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used, and no ads are shown.
YouTube thumbnails and channel pictures shown in SNSver2 are loaded directly from YouTube (Google) servers.
How long we keep it
Channel details are refreshed whenever SNSver2 uploads a video and at least every 30 days; details that cannot be refreshed within 30 days are deleted.
If you disconnect a channel in SNSver2, we immediately delete the stored channel details and the IDs, links and view counts of videos uploaded to that channel. The token is deleted after we ask Google to revoke it (within 7 days at the latest). We keep only the fact that a video was published, when, and whether it was blocked or removed.
If you remove SNSver2's access from your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), we delete the stored token when SNSver2 notices it, and the channel details and video IDs, links and view counts within 30 days.
